We will gather at Mr. Rabbit to explore the power of voice and center authentic expression as a core component of joy and alignment. We will dive into the roles Mercury, and the Sacral and Throat chakras play in our attunement to Self.
This activation features expressive writing, guided meditation, movement, conversation and messages to ourselves and others.
Includes an analysis of Mercury in your birth chart and mocktails; RSVP by September 9th with exact birth details.
Wearing blue or orange is optional but encouraged. Please bring a journal and utensil; other materials provided. Tips for the barista are encouraged. You will receive a pre-workshop survey upon registration.
