Skibidi Squares. Le Sigh.

On one hand, we have this gorgeous astrology happening with Jupiter initiating its transit in Cancer, Venus in Taurus, and Mars in Virgo. On the other hand, we're in the midst of a ⬛⬜🟥🟦🟧boatload of squares. Squares manifest as tension, friction, and conflict. And while they can be frustrating, they challenge us and force us to grow. We can use that constriction to re-evaluate and maybe look before we leap.

What to know: the skibidi squares do not negate the beautiful astrology we have, but they do serve as signposts or even detours that might reroute us, albeit in a helpful way. Sometimes slower is faster.

*The day that a square occurs simply identifies when the square is EXACT 📐(math majors, you got me?) The energy of the square, particularly where outer planets are involved, can reverberate for longer, especially if where in the beginning of a square pattern (during which the square will be exact four times). Because so many of our planets are changing signs right now, that's exactly where we are.

Mars in Leo 🟥Uranus in Taurus | Sunday, June 15 - Mars is the planet of aggression, war, drive, courage--this is red flag astrology. Uranus is the planet of breakthroughs, revolution, rebellion and awakenings. Over the past year this angle has signaled political violence in society. Personally, a Mars square Uranus might be a day (or few days) when angry, rash reactions are best not acted upon😡. Depending on your personal placements, you might just stay 🏡.

Jupiter in Cancer 🟦Saturn in Aries| Sunday, June 15 -- the most significant square of the bunch rn. Jupiter is asking us to expand (always) and 🪐lays down the boundaries of restriction (always) ⛓️. So this particular square asks us to review—our relationships in this case with Jupiter in Cancer OR an element related to Saturn or Jupiter in your natal chart or their current transits in your houses. What do we need to do? Limit these aspects down to the bare necessities. What do you actually need to focus on? What can you let go of? What options do you need to narrow down? Whittle things down to the essentials. Create space for the abundance Jupiter brings in next week, and the ☀️ illuminates for us on the Solstice Friday.

Jupiter in Cancer 🟧Neptune in Aries | Wednesday, June 18: Another brilliant square asking us to interrogate the now. Neptune is well-known as the veil: the veil between fantasy and reality, fact and fiction, certainty and uncertainty. Neptune erodes boundaries. Jupiter wants to expand. What happens when the two combine? Excess. DELULU. More care, more generosity, less grounding. The best question to ask yourself when Neptune is involved is "is this too good to be true?" If the water isn't clear, don't dive in. Check what's underneath the surface. Beware of escapism. Again another time to center thoughtful responses versus rash reactions. But fantastic for creativity 🎨.

Sun in Cancer 🟥Saturn in Aries | Sunday, June 22 — Saturn's day. Enter a little restriction. This square goes head-to-head with a Mars sextile Jupiter. (Sextiles are supportive). Mars sextile Jupiter wants to go have fun, fun, fun 💃🏽🕺! Let’s be with the people! Saturn 🟥Sol says ‘hold up, you’ve got a to-do list to check off 🗓️and a good night’s sleep to tend to.’ Saturn’s here for the long game and thus, the reality checks.
