Mindfulness isn’t as easy as sitting in lotus position for 20 minutes a day. Nor is that the purpose. It’s not so simple. In this session, we work through a myriad ways to bring mindfulness (and heartfulness and bodyfulness) into your day. We’ll practice a number of accessible neurosomatic embodiment techniques that help you re-center, ground, cultivate self-compassion, and approach your day intentionally. This includes breathing exercises, visualization, mindful movement, and strategies for overthinking and over-scheduling, and can expand into more abstract approaches to expansive living.
