


Integrated Awareness Package (Mindfulness, Astrology & Intention-Setting )
The integrated awareness bundle is for you if you are seeking your personalized path to mindfulness, and are open to using your natal chart and astrological analysis to set your intentions and manifest your vision. If you are hoping to use astrological timing for intention-setting, I recommend that it is combined with a personal mindfulness practice. No spiritual bypass.
Initial Appointment - We use your birth chart and the current energy in the Universe to identify the most potent areas for setting your intentions.
Intention-Setting and Clarifying - In this session, we work through the areas we previously identified and craft your intention down to the detail. We gain clarity around the vision you are manifesting and “set” the intention.
Everyday Mindfulness - We work through a number of accessible techniques you can easily weave into your day.
Guided practice session - After you’ve done some individual practice, we work through some guided practice together to identify what’s working and what you’d like to refine
Intention-Nurturing Session - Together we co-create your personalized plan for nurturing your intentions in order to manifest your vision.
Mindfulness Map - In this signature step, we review your entire daily schedule (from the ideal to the potential disruptions and distractions) and revise your routine to incorporate the practices that resonate with you, plus how to get back on track when those disruptions and distractions do occur.)
Three follow-up/guided practice sessions.
