


Mindful Journey Coaching Package (Mindfulness only)
The Mindful Journey Bundle is for you if you are seeking customized guidance to intentional living based on your routines and lifestyle. We identify your intention and develop an accessible toolkit of mindfulness techniques and rituals that fit your individual needs. Working together, we cultivate clarity around your desired outcomes and refine your personal pathway to truly integrating mindfulness into your life.
Initial Session - During this session we identify and assess your intention for this leg of your journey.
Everyday mindfulness - We work through a number of accessible techniques you can easily weave into your day.
Guided practice session - After you’ve done some individual practice, we work through some guided practice together to identify what’s working and what you’d like to refine.
Mindfulness Map - In this signature step, we review your entire daily schedule (from the ideal to the potential disruptions and distractions) and revise your routine to incorporate the practices that resonate with you, plus how to get back on track when those disruptions and distractions do occur).
Sleep Hygiene session - Sleep hygiene begins the moment you awake. Like the Mindfulness Map, we identify the aspects of good sleep hygiene that might be missing and add them to your routines and rituals.
Two sessions to be used at any time during this process for guided practice and/or follow-ups.
